WankO ExtendO — Penile Traction Device

Built to be worn, not endured.

Traction only works if you actually wear it, and you only wear it if it's comfortable. The ExtendO is built around that: adjustable tension you set yourself, a base device sized to 8 inches, and four extension rods so the fit grows with you rather than forcing you into someone else's dimensions.

How traction works

Traction devices apply gentle, sustained tension over long periods. The theory is that consistent mechanical stress prompts tissue adaptation over months. It is slow by design — this is a device you wear for hours a day over months, not something with a same-day result.

Read this before you use it

Remove the device immediately if you experience pain, numbness, tingling, colour change, or coldness. These are signs of restricted blood flow, not signs it's working. Never wear it overnight or while asleep, and never exceed the tension settings above.

Do not use this device if you have a circulatory or clotting disorder, active Peyronie's disease that hasn't been assessed by a doctor, recent genital surgery or injury, nerve damage or neuropathy, or a latex or silicone allergy. Talk to a doctor before starting if any of that applies, or if you're unsure.

Potential side effects include soreness, bruising, redness, temporary numbness, swelling, skin irritation, and reduced sensitivity. Improper use can damage blood vessels.

Care: Wash with antibacterial soap before and after each use. Water-based lubricant only — silicone-based will degrade the material. Store dry and out of reach of children.
